By submitting your information through our website or forms, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Treasure Valley Deals offers placement in shared direct mail campaigns, including ad design, QR code tracking, and landing page creation. Placement is subject to availability and approval.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee leads, sales, or specific performance outcomes. Marketing results vary based on offer strength, business type, and market conditions.
3. Payment & Placement
Businesses agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for placement. Once a campaign is finalized and approved, refunds may not be available.
4. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, offers, and branding assets. Treasure Valley Deals is not liable for errors submitted by the client.
5. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you consent to receive communication via phone, SMS, and email related to your inquiry and participation. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested prior to final print approval. Once materials are approved and sent to print, cancellation is not guaranteed.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
